Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience you may have experienced in your purchase at Florence Adams. We want you to be completely happy with any product you receive from us. If you are unsatisfied in any way, please complete the form below or give us a call within thirty days of receipt and we will cheerfully exchange the item or refund the purchase price.

A Few Key Points:

  1. We do not refund the cost of shipping. If you pay for shipping, we will not refund shipping cost. If your purchase qualified for free shipping, we will decrease your refund by exactly what it cost us to ship to you and no more. We ultimately want  you to be happy with your experience at Florence Adams, so we do everything possible to avoid penalizing you for returning a product; we just can't afford to offer free shipping back to us.
  2. All returns need a Return Authorization Number. Once we hear from you via the form below or by phone, we will issue your Authorization, and give you additional instructions for your return.

Packing Your Return:

Please pack returns in their original packaging. We cannot be liable for any breakage due to poor packing on the return trip. Some tips to keep in mind: when you are packing an item for return, ensure that every space in the box is tightly packed so the item has no room to move at all, and make sure that there is at least two inches of packing material between the pottery and any side of the box. Crumpled newspaper works well for this.
