The Basics...
Provided that items have not been washed, worn, or purchased on sale, you may exchange them or request a return for a refund within 14 days of receipt. We are happy to offer a store credit up to 30 days of receipt. Final Sale items are not eligible for store credit, exchange or return.
Important to know...
- Once your request has been received, we will email further shipping instructions.
- Return shipping cost is $7.00.
- If you have placed an order shipping to Canada or anywhere else outside the U.S., you are responsible for any return shipping costs. Please ship to: Florence Adams, ATTN: Returns, 529 W. Bertrand Ave., St. Marys, KS 66536.
- All clearance or sale items are final sale and may not be exchanged, returned or refunded.
- Purchases made with store credit will always be refunded as store credit.
- The original shipping charge is not refunded when returning items.
- Promotions and discounts will not be reimbursed.
- Only customers shipping to the 48 contiguous US states will have access to the pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping return label.
