John Boos Shipping Tax and Availability

Shipping

Nearly every product from John Boos ships free! The only exceptions are a few of the cutting boards priced below $100, and John Boos care products. John Boos products ship UPS Ground or by Freight, depending on the size and weight of the item. If you have special delivery needs, please let us know and we will do everything we can to accommodate. As soon as your John Boos purchase ships, we will give you the relevant tracking information.

Taxes

All John Boos purchases are tax free for those living outside the state of Kansas. Orders shipped to a Kansas addresses will be subject to the Kansas Sales Tax.

Availability

There is some variation in availability and lead-time for John Boos products. Availability is clearly indicated on individual product pages. In many cases availability can depend on the size or color of the item you choose. For example: a table in Caviar Black may ship in 10 days, while the same table in Sage will ship in 3-4 weeks.

There are three standard lead times:

1. Available immediately. Products in this group will ship the same day they are ordered for all orders placed before 3:00pm CST.
2. Ships within 10 business days.
3. Ships in 3-4 weeks.
