Caution: Bosch does not recommend using the batter or wire whisks to whip solid butter, stiff dough, partially cooked potatoes, or anything with those types of consistency. The Bosch motor is so strong, it will bend the whip wires if the resistance is too stiff. Any heavy doughs, many cakes, and most cookies should be prepared using the Bosch Cookie Paddles or Dough Hook.
The Batter Whisks make the legendary 800 watt Universal Plus mixer even more versatile. The Bosch Universal Plus is the strongest mixer in its class; it can mix and knead up to 15 pounds of heavy dough at one time. That's enough to make nine loaves of bread in one batch!
